Do we have to migrate our data?

Will it email people we already know?
No. Every prospect is screened against your CRM first. Existing customers, live opportunities, anyone your team has recently spoken to, and anyone who has opted out are skipped.
Which inbox does it send from?
A Gmail inbox you connect and authorise. The agent cannot send from an address you have not connected, and new mailboxes warm up gradually with daily caps to protect your domain.
How does setup work?
CaesarOne is set up with our team rather than self-serve. You brief the agent on who you sell to, connect your CRM and a sending inbox, and we activate it once everything checks out. From then on you steer it by email.
